Exchange and refund policy

-You have 14 days after receiving your order to free refund or exchange the product if there is a manufacturing defect.

-Check your order carefully after receiving it, and if you have any concerns contact us through our channels within 24 working hours and one of our team will process your request.

– Unfortunately, printed products (mobile covers – MacBook-weekly and daily planners) are not refundable.

– Accessories of any product (straps – markers – weekly and daily planners wooden stand) are not refundable or exchangeable.

– in case of return there is no refund in cash, the refund will be via Vodafone cash or any other way. and if the payment through visa the process will take 14 days to be refunded.
