Shipping inside Egypt

Orders inside Egypt are delivered by courier to your door. The delivery charge for your governorate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping outside Egypt

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. The shipping cost you see at checkout is DHL's charge for carrying your order, and it is the full amount we collect for delivery.

Customs duties and taxes are not included

Your order ships from Egypt. When it arrives in your country, your customs authority may charge import duty and local tax (VAT/GST) on it. These are paid by you, not by us, and they are not part of anything you pay on this site.

DHL pays those charges at the border on your behalf so your parcel is not held, and then bills you for them on delivery, plus a handling fee of its own for doing so. That fee is a flat amount per parcel, so it does not get smaller on a smaller order.

As a guide, a 120 USD order recently arrived with roughly:

  • United States — about 23 USD in duty and fees, plus a 17.50 USD DHL handling fee
  • United Kingdom — about 30 USD in VAT, plus an 11 USD DHL handling fee
  • United Arab Emirates — about 13 USD in VAT and fees, plus a 15 USD DHL handling fee

These are examples, not a quote. The exact amount depends on your country's rates and on what you ordered, and it is set by your customs authority. We never see it and we cannot change it. DHL will contact you directly.

If a parcel is refused at delivery, the duty, the handling fee and the return carriage are still charged, and we cannot refund them.

الشحن داخل مصر

الأوردرات داخل مصر بتتوصّل بمندوب لحد باب البيت. تمن التوصيل لمحافظتك بيظهر في الشيك آوت قبل ما تدفع.

الشحن خارج مصر

بنشحن لكل الدول عن طريق DHL Express. تمن الشحن اللي بيظهرلك في الشيك آوت ده تمن نقل الأوردر بس، وهو كل اللي بناخده على التوصيل.

الجمارك والضرايب مش محسوبة في التمن

أوردرك بيتشحن من مصر. أول ما يوصل بلدك، الجمارك عندك ممكن تفرض عليه رسوم جمركية وضريبة محلية. دي بتتدفع منك إنت، مش مننا، ومش جزء من أي حاجة بتدفعها على الموقع.

DHL بتدفع الرسوم دي على الحدود بالنيابة عنك عشان الطرد مايتحجزش، وبعدين بتحصّلها منك عند التسليم — وبتاخد عمولة خاصة بيها مقابل ده. العمولة دي مبلغ ثابت لكل طرد، يعني مابتقلّش لو الأوردر صغير.

كمثال، أوردر بـ ١٢٠ دولار وصل مؤخراً ومعاه تقريباً:

  • أمريكا — حوالي ٢٣ دولار جمارك ورسوم، زائد ١٧٫٥٠ دولار عمولة DHL
  • بريطانيا — حوالي ٣٠ دولار ضريبة، زائد ١١ دولار عمولة DHL
  • الإمارات — حوالي ١٣ دولار ضريبة ورسوم، زائد ١٥ دولار عمولة DHL

دي أمثلة مش تسعيرة. الرقم بالظبط بيعتمد على نسب بلدك وعلى اللي طلبته، وبتحدده جماركك إنتَ — إحنا عمرنا ماشوفناه ومانقدرش نغيّره. DHL هي اللي هتتواصل معاك.

لو الطرد اترفض عند التسليم، الجمارك والعمولة ومصاريف الرجوع بتتحاسب برضه ومانقدرش نرجّعها.
