What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cod, credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Egypt, and worldwide with DHL Express. The shipping cost you see at checkout is DHL's charge for carrying your order, and it is the full amount we collect for delivery. Customs duties and taxes are not included. See the next question.
Do I pay customs duties on an international order?
Your order ships from Egypt. When it arrives in your country, your customs authority may charge import duty and local tax (VAT or GST) on it. These are paid by you, not by us, and they are not part of anything you pay on this site.
DHL pays those charges at the border on your behalf so your parcel is not held, and then bills you for them on delivery, plus a handling fee of its own for doing so. That fee is a flat amount per parcel, so it does not get smaller on a smaller order.
As a guide, a 120 USD order recently arrived with roughly 23 USD in duty and fees plus a 17.50 USD DHL handling fee in the United States, about 30 USD in VAT plus an 11 USD DHL handling fee in the United Kingdom, and about 13 USD in VAT and fees plus a 15 USD DHL handling fee in the United Arab Emirates.
These are examples, not a quote. The exact amount depends on your country's rates and on what you ordered, and it is set by your customs authority. We never see it and we cannot change it. DHL will contact you directly.
If a parcel is refused at delivery, the duty, the handling fee and the return carriage are still charged, and we cannot refund them.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes From 3 to 5 working days from confirmation date
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp ,email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. To Submitt a request from the Eform on tracking page and our team will review it within 24 Hours.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
